As part of the bond program, the Liberal Arts and Sciences Academy (LASA) will move from its current location at LBJ Early College High School to the current Eastside Memorial Early College High School, located at the Johnston campus.

As part of the transition, AISD is hosting a series of virtual meetings for the community and Johnston Alumni to learn more about the move and the plans for the campus. Given the unique circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, along with AISD’s commitment to protecting public health, the district will be conducting this public meeting virtually.

We invite you to join us on Saturday, May 1 at 11:30 a.m. Details on how to join the virtual meeting are listed below. Ahead of the meeting for the Johnston Alumni, the district will host a community meeting for neighbors to learn more about the project and construction progress. The community is invited to join both if they’d like.
