Background
One of the key projects included in the voter-approved Austin ISD 2017 Bond Program is a fully modernized Rosedale School, with a new school to be built at the former Lucy Read campus located at 2608 Richcreek Rd, Austin, TX 78757. The new design and construction will be based on the AISD educational specifications to create a state-of-the-art facility.
DLR Group has been contracted by the district to support the first steps in the design process and design conversations for Rosedale. A Campus Architectural Team, made up of members of your school community, began meeting regularly with the project team in July to provide input as we seek to create an environment for 21st century learning.
