T.A. Brown Elementary School Groundbreaking

On November 30th, the T.A. Brown and Webb communities gathers to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new T.A. Brown Elementary School modernization.

The evening event featured remarks by T.A. Brown Principal Veronica Sharp, Webb Primary Director Marizza Marquez and Superintendent Dr. Paul Cruz. T.A Brown encourages its students to explore new worlds, and the modernized facility will integrate innovative outdoor learning experiences. Students Rebecca Zuniga, Maribel Martinez, and Paul Gabriel Sharp all expressed their gratitude for the new school to come and the opportunity they have to learn through nature.

Special elements of the celebration included a cheer by the T.A. Brown cheerleaders and the Webb Primary Choir singing Phillip Phillip’s “Home.” Both school’s Ballet Folklórico dancers joined together for a performance to close the program.

Thank you to everyone who joined the celebration, and for your continued support as AISD creates 21st-century learning spaces for all students!
